10 founding seats. San Antonio and South Texas firms.

Seize every deadline.

Rapui is federal immigration deadline monitoring built for solo and small firms. Real-time surveillance of USCIS case status, Visa Bulletin advancements, EOIR hearings, and DHS policy changes. Because the difference between a won case and a malpractice claim is knowing 11 days sooner.

rapio, rapui ratum — to seize, to snatch, to carry away.

$500 deposit fully refunded if Rapui ships after September 1, 2026. Credits toward your first 2 months at the locked founding rate.

The reality most firms won't say out loud

One missed deadline is one malpractice exposure.

I.

30-day RFE clocks

Tracked in Outlook, sticky notes, and a spreadsheet your paralegal updates when she remembers. Until she doesn't.

II.

Priority date advancements

The Visa Bulletin drops the first week of each month. Which of your 200 clients just became eligible? You'll find out when you check. Maybe.

III.

USCIS status changes

A case went to RFE two days ago. You'll see the notice when it arrives in the mail. That's 5 to 7 days off your 30-day clock, gone.

How Rapui works

You practice law. We watch every federal feed.

I

You upload your case list

One CSV. Receipt numbers, A-numbers, priority dates, application types. We import your existing caseload in under 5 minutes. No system integration required.

II

We monitor every relevant federal feed, 24/7

USCIS case status, Visa Bulletin, EOIR hearing calendar, Federal Register policy memos, USCIS policy manual updates, Department of State consular processing. Everything that can change a case outcome, tracked in real time.

III

You get one morning brief. Every morning.

A single email at 7 AM with every status change, every new eligibility, every deadline crossing a threshold. Ranked by urgency. Drafted as a to-do list for your paralegal.

IV

Real-time alerts for what can't wait

RFE received, interview scheduled, denial issued, priority date movement. SMS or email, your choice. Before the mail carrier gets there.

What we monitor

Every federal immigration source that can change a case outcome.

USCIS Case Status

Real-time monitoring of every case receipt. Status changes, RFEs, interview notices, decisions.

DOS Consular Processing

The name

Rapui.

rapio, rapui ratum

A Latin verb. First-person perfect of rapio. It means to seize, to snatch, to carry away.

Rapui was built for immigration attorneys who know a deadline is either caught or lost. There is no in-between. The system seizes federal case events the moment they happen. It snatches priority date movements out of the Visa Bulletin the hour it publishes. It carries the intelligence to you before the mail carrier arrives at your office.

The name is not decorative. It describes what the product does.

Pronounced: RAH-poo-ee

Questions attorneys ask

What does Rapui mean?

Latin. First-person perfect of rapio: to seize, to snatch, to carry away. Rapui describes what the product does. Pronounced RAH-poo-ee.

What exactly am I paying for with the $500 deposit?

A locked founding-member seat at $299/mo (solo) or $599/mo (small firm), which is roughly 40% below the production price. The $500 applies to your first 2 months once we ship. If we don't ship by September 1, 2026, or you choose not to proceed, the deposit is fully refunded.

How is this different from Docketwise or INSZoom?

Those are case management tools. Rapui is an external monitoring layer. You keep whatever case management system you already use. We watch the federal feeds they don't watch, and we tell you when something changes that affects your cases.

Do I need to integrate anything?

No. Upload a CSV of your cases. That's it. We plan to add Clio, MyCase, and Docketwise sync later, but nothing is required at launch.

Who is behind Rapui?

A small team of operators who have built data products against public government APIs for years. We chose immigration first because the pain is acute, the data is public, and solo and small firms are structurally under-served. Happy to schedule a founder call before you commit.

Is the USCIS data real-time?

USCIS publishes status online through a public case status interface. We monitor it continuously. For most status changes you'll know within hours, often before the physical notice arrives in the mail.

When will it launch?

Founding members get access on a rolling basis starting Q3 2026. Early access begins with the daily brief and Visa Bulletin monitoring. Real-time USCIS and EOIR monitoring follow within 60 days of onboarding.
